Quite disappointed after I read such great reviews. The inspiration I had shown Leah, the stylist was very defined layers and curtain bangs. I literally walked out with the same hair cut I came in with, only difference was it was styled. I had several people ask me if I even had it cut because they knew what I had asked for. Highly disappointed. The staff was friendly but the quality of the cut and service was poor. Not worth the money they charge. Don’t waste your money here.

My hair got chopped off 2” shorter than the reference picture shown to the stylist and is completely uneven and butchered. I was pushed out the door with wet hair in freezing temps and will not be going back for obvious reasons. The haircut cannot even be fixed at this point without going shorter which is already incredibly short even though I did not want it this short to begin with. I no time to stop her bc she chopped it off within seconds in one fell swoop. If you’ve never been and you have a fear of bad haircuts do not go here. Go to someone you know and trust because who’s to say it is not end up like this mess.

I was referred to this salon & left so disappointed I cried for a week. I came for color, highlights, hair cut, & brow wax. She did a decent job with color but the highlights were not even, one side had a lot & the opposite had very little. I showed her a short, trendy cut hoping she could get at lease close. I asked if she could cut short hair because it seems like a dying art. Stylists just want to do long hair & weird colors..anyway she said she could & started. After she cut some, she kept going over to another stylist asking how to cut it. I couldn't leave since she'd started. Afterwards, I got a cut the had no texture & looked nothing like the photo, not even close. She waxed my brows too short & I was teased about it. I spoke to the stylist that she got instruction from, about my unhappiness & she took up for the girl & said it was fine. Then, she finally admitted there was no texture & cut off kilter a bit. I paid $189 for a girl, who clearly should NOT be cutting anyone's hair. Oh, I was told by a stylist they could TRY to fix it, but I had to pay full price for it. I do not suggest this place, unless you like to pay crazy prices for a gap job & terrible highlights. I came from Baltimore & never paid this amount & had better service.

Kim is amazing and has so much talent! I haven't been in a very long time and she made me feel so welcomed as always! It was great to see her! She taught me how to style my hair while styling my hair! My color and cut are superb. I have been weeks discussing what I wanted off and on with her. She made it happen but better! I was nervous at first to try this. Seeing the end style, color, and cut I was so happy! I will always be back!
